Let's try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Follow the below methods.

Method 1

I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the display adapter driver and check. Follow the below steps:

  1. Press Windows key + X and click on Device manager.

  2. Locate for display adapter and click on it to expand.

  3. Right click on the device and click on uninstall.

  4. Once you are done uninstalling the driver, restart the tablet. It will automatically install the generic display adapter driver.

If this doesn't help to fix the issue. I suggest you to update the display adapter driver. Skip step3 from the above steps and right click on the device and click on update.

If the issue still persist, try the below methods.

Method 2.

I would recommend you to go to the below link and click on AUTO DETECT YOUR GPU to detect the latest updated the graphic driver.

I'm a bit confused at what you mean by 'restart the tablet' (step 4 of method 1). My graphics tablet doesn't have a power switch. It's a peripheral for my desktop computer. The only way I can think of to 'restart' it is to unplug it via the USB port and plug it back in. It receives power through the USB port.

As I have said, my graphics drivers are up to date. Regardless, I still attempted Methods 1 and 2. Nothing seems to have changed. My other drivers (for my graphics tablet) are also fully updated.

I am wondering if this may be an issue with Windows 10. Is there a way for me to test this? If the issue is caused by the latest update to Windows 10, I might be able to revert to a previous version, but I'd need to shut off the automatic update feature.

I had exactly same problem and tried most of what was suggested. Too much of a steep learning curve am sure if more techie would be OK. My answer was to go to the Ugee website and click the latest download. Brand spanking new today! That worked for me just have to remember to uninstall Ugee 1000L first. As if a new installation after clicking on the setup.exe it asks you to plug in your tablet. Once done will install and you can now use the little Ugee tablet icon in taskbar to redefine the shortcuts and use of pen on your pc. Fingers crossed for you all best Patty
